Allison Warcholik RN. BSN.
Hello Alpine and beyond! My name is Allison Warcholik, I am the co-owner and Aesthetic Registered Nurse at Beautiful Angels Aesthetics-a small med-spa in the heart of Alpine at 2218 Ste B Alpine Blvd. I’m a native San Diegan with a dual bachelors degree in both nursing and nutrition from San Diego State and Azusa Pacific University (2009/2010). My family moved to Alpine in 2017, shortly after the birth of our second child when we craved more space and a sense of community in our lives. I am a busy Mom of 3, soccer coach and nurse.
I have over 15 years experience in the fields of community health, women’s health, perioperative nursing and aesthetics. I have a love for aesthetics and a true passion for helping clients look and feel their best while preserving client safety.
I love to educate the client, give suggestions but ultimately collaborate with the client whether they would like a more natural look or no movement whatsoever. I have worked as an Aesthetic Registered Nurse for 6 years, specializing in Botox, fillers, vitamin injections, IVs, threads, and PRF/PRP. I am professionally trained and certified as an advanced aesthetic injector for all major neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeaveau as well as fillers (Vollure, Volux, Volbella, Kysse, Lyft, Sculptra and more!) I also have certifications in microneedling, microstamping, threading and PRF/PRP (vampire facials) for those looking for youthfulness in a more natural way. I look forward to meeting new clients and continuing to work with established clients in Alpine and beyond! Now offering clinic and mobile appointments!
Yvette Nelson, RN
Yvette Nelson’s healthcare journey is rooted in compassion, hard work, and a true love for helping others. She began her path as a Certified Nursing Assistant, advanced to a Licensed Vocational Nurse, and ultimately became a Registered Nurse. Each step has enriched her ability to care for others with skill and heart.
Through Beautiful Angels Aesthetics, she brings a gentle, experienced touch to every treatment—helping her patients look and feel like the best version of themselves.

Yvette currently serves as a Medical Assistant Instructor, where she mentors aspiring healthcare professionals, and also owns a small home care business that reflects her deep commitment to personalized, quality care. Five years ago, Yvette’s journey in aesthetics began—and with it, a new passion was born. She has trained under some of the industry’s most skilled physicians and nurses, gaining invaluable knowledge and technique. Through continual positive feedback from clients and colleagues, it became clear that the next natural step was to create her own space—one where every client feels at ease, never oversold or overinjected, and always heard. Her passion for aesthetics was born from a desire to help people age with confidence and grace.
She is a certified Master Expert through the Allergan Medical Institute’s Master Expert Series for Botox, Juvederm, and Kybella. As an advanced aesthetic injector, she is professionally trained and certified in administering all major neurotoxins—including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau—as well as dermal fillers such as Vollure, Volux, Volbella, Kysse, Lyft, and Sculptra. She specializes in a full range of cosmetic injectable procedures, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Kybella, and PRF/PRP treatments. In addition, she offers vitamin injections, IV therapies, and PDO threads to enhance overall wellness and rejuvenation.
Beyond injectables, she is experienced with a variety of advanced laser and skin technologies. She performs laser treatments using the Sciton platform, including BBL, laser hair removal, and Erbium resurfacing. She also works with devices such as Vivace, Clear + Brilliant, and fractional CO2 lasers for skin renewal and tightening, and she provides Ultherapy for non-invasive lifting and firming.Microneedling, PRF/PRP, and personalized skincare regimens are central to her holistic approach to aesthetics. She develops customized skincare plans using premium products from Alastin and SkinMedica to help maintain and enhance results.
Yvette’s goal is to help each client feel confident and radiant by delivering expert-level care, tailored treatments, and the latest advancements in aesthetic technology.

Dr. Saswathata Anireddy
Dr. Saswatha Anireddy is a seasoned physician with extensive experience serving as a medical director for aesthetic medicine at various institutions, most recently at Alamogordo Internal Medicine. Her expertise spans many aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, Botox, weight loss treatments, cryotherapy, hormone therapy, Sculptra, and Kybella.
